About
Founded in 1978 in Orange County, CA, Auschwitz Study Foundation serves local students through art and holocaust education.​

Through art created using materials from the Auschwitz Concentration Camp, Holocaust survivor Mel Mermelstein has shared his experience to encourage young people to learn from our past mistakes, so that we do not make them again.

Auschwitz Study Foundation exists to ensure that Mel's art and his experience can continue to be shared with young people throughout Orange County as a way to teach love and compassion.
